Account Registration
You must register with a username at Reneegtz.com.au to book a session. During registration we will ask you for information, including your name and other personal information. This information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate and complete information in response to our questions, and keep that information current. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account of any user who provides inaccurate or incomplete information, or who fails to comply with account registration requirements.
Payment Terms.
Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for session requests must be tendered in advance or COD. Direct credit card, PayPal and cryptocurrency payments accepted. Please direct your payment preference type to RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST at the time of your service request. Please note that all payment transfers are done through the PAYPAL and CoinPayments, third party platform(s), so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third party platforms. RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST is not liable for any mishandling by these third party platforms. In the event of third party mishandling, your claim will be with PayPal Australia Pty Ltd ABN 93 111 195 389 directly, or CoinPayments Inc. and Hodltech OÜ. For in-person sessions, cash only. RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST does not accept checks or money orders. If your credit card is declined or payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, then RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST will be entitled to the balance owed plus a 25% interest as additional charge for the deficiency.
Pricing and Discounts Policy
We offer discounts to returning clients and to clients that have left positive feedback in the form of website reviews. We reserve the right to reject feedback from clients without explanation. Reasons for rejection can be, but are not limitted to, feedback being insufficient, feedback with the only intention of getting a better price and not an actual review for our services, feedback that could potentially create distrust from new potential clients, spam, self promotion, use of foul language, and others.
Cancellation Policy.
Due to our packed schedule and the number of clientele we handle, cancellations are an enormous burden on our business. Thus, if you book a session, then we rely on your representation that you will fulfill your end of the arrangement and we will of ours. All sales are final and therefore once offer and acceptance have been confirmed, you will be bound to the terms. Again, this is due to our busy schedule and the enormous burden placed on us if and when there are cancellations. Cancellations are non-refundable. For your own benefit if you have already paid for a session with us, we suggest that you reschedule such session instead of cancelling it.
If cancellation happens on our end, either prior or during a session, you will get a full refund.
Service Requested is Not Time Sensitive.
You understand and acknowledge that the service you have requested is not urgent and that time is not of the essence. If, however, your inquiry is urgent or time-sensitive, then separate, additional, written arrangements need to be made with RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST. If no such documented, written arrangements are made on timing of delivery, then you hereby assure us that your request and needs are not time-sensitive.
Refund Policy for Services.
At RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST we value one-to-one personalized care, supported by a spiritual point of view. You are requesting a spirituality-based service tendered from experience, specialized knowledge, and personalized attention. Thus, our services are non-refundable. All service fulfillments are final. Nonetheless, we at RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST want to ensure that you glean the most value from your spiritual experience with us, and so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We would be more than happy to attend to you and see what we can do to resolve any concerns you may have.
If a cancellation of a session happens on our end, we will process a refund through the 3rd party used to process your payment, in no more than 48 hours after the cancellation took place.

However, if RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST against claims or threats of claims, then RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary. Please keep in mind that no legally recognized privilege exists between a psychic professional and client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.
Fortune Telling Laws.
Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling, still outlawed in certain places, when for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. In other words, we take our moral obligation to you seriously. Irrespective of the law, we treat our spiritual connection with you with reverence, faith, and integrity.
Reservation of Right.
From time to time, as would be ordinary for any business, RENEE GTZ, REMOTE PSYCHIC, HEALER AND EXORCIST may modify the Terms of Service and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion accordingly. The terms your service with us will be bound by will be the terms applicable at the time your service was rendered.
